Saffron from Saxony – Precious Spice made in Germany
It started as a botanical experiment and soon became Boris Kunert’s life mission. With lots of patience and passionate precision he plants the most precious spice in the German province Saxony, close to the city Dresden: saffron. In an interview, he tells us to he found his profession and what is so special about this plant.
