Recipe Eclaires with Orange & Caramel

This dessert is the crowning glory of our French-classics-menu inspired by Gustave Caillebotte’s painting »Paris Street; Rainy Day«: we’re talking about real eclaires with an orange filling and French caramel.

Photographer Claudia Gödke, food stylist Maria Struck and recipe developer Lukas Grossmann were inspired to create a French menu to match our Caillebotte painting that will take you back to the France of past centuries.
