This summer we moved into our new, spacious sisterMAG offices (which feature a kitchen, studio and workshop) so it only seemed fitting to also do up our digital home! We’re incredibly excited to see this project which has been so close to our hearts for such a long time come to life on the screen and especially be able to present it to you today: sisterMAG’s new face – our new home page!
The site’s highlight is the content hub which was inspired by Yahoo Food and Pinterest. The archive brings all the sisterMAG issues together and facilitates clear filing into topic categories as well as the highlighting of current and particularly topical articles. It also means can now search for articles easily from categories like Beauty, Digital Life, Food, Health, Career, Culture, Lifestyle, Fashion, Travel and Home Style far more comfortably as well as filter content by a simple click on the respective icon.
A lot of creative energy has gone into sisterMAG. Twenty times we have filled more than 300 pages with interesting articles, sewing patterns created by our mother Evi, recipes from food bloggers, DIY from creative bloggers, videos freebies, photographs and many other items for your pleasure. We have long felt that the creative output of our contributors deserved a shiny new digital roof above its head. We hope we have created a hub which will allow you to find anything you’ve requested in your many emails.
Another new feature is the Downloads & Multimedia section. We’ve collected the numerous recipes, sewing patterns and DIY instructions from 20 sisterMAG issues in this dedicated area so you can find them all in one place. A search feature will let you find the desired downloads easily and get them straight from the website.
It goes without saying that the website is also viewable via tablet computer or smart phone. It’s fully mobile optimized structure even lets you read magazine content straight away either n a browser or – should you have downloaded it – via the issuu app in your newsstand.
But the new sisterMAG website has much more to offer: You can meet us! Find out who we are and what we do. Keep up to date with our blog and/or use the dedicated press contact section for related inquiries. The homepage has spent considerable time in the shadows with each new magazine issue taking priority over its refurbishment and it is part of the reason why we have not had our full portfolio of articles and downloads available online until now. But rest assured that we are working with the utmost dedication to soon be able to feature any and all sisterMAG productions on this site.
Right now, however, we are excited to officially launch www.sister-mag.de so you can get a head start on enjoying all its benefits. Enjoy finding your way around the website! We’re looking forward to your feedback.
Yours Toni & Thea
