Recipe: »Humboldt Gin – Adventurous Collins«

Ingredients:

4 cl Humboldt Dry Rye Gin
1 cl Spreewald Destillerie red currant liqueur
1 cl sugarsyrup
2 cl lemonjuice
Soda

Garnish:

lemon wedge

Pour gin, sugar syrup and lemon juice into a long drink glass with ice cubes, stir and top with soda.
Pour over the red currant liqueur.
