Recipe Onion Mushroom Consommé

The first course of our French menu is an onion mushroom consommé with baguette aux Comté and pickles.

Photographer Claudia Gödke, food stylist Maria Struck and recipe developer Lukas Grossmann were inspired to create a French menu to match our Caillebotte painting that will take you back to the France of past centuries.
