1. DO LESS
I am enthusiastic by nature. However, one often needs to say »no« to new projects/ideas etc. Selfdiscipline and digital tool like Evernote, WhatsApp, Google Docs help me keeping a grip on my busy schedule. This way, I am also reachable on the go and connected with my team.
2. YOU ARE AS GOOD AS YOUR TEAM IS
Speaking of a team: You don’t have to and can’t do everything by yourself because you’re always stronger together. Women don’t show any weakness if they ask (men) for help – because in other situations, they could offer their help in return.
3. QUALITY OVER QUANTITY
In my job, networks play an important role and I think that many women still underestimate the importance of networking. Nevertheless: Rather focus on building real relationships instead of random, superficial networking.
