Recipe Empanadas

Empanadas, derived from the Spanish verb empanar, means directly translated »wrapped or covered in bread« and that is exactly what an empanada is: a stuffed dumpling. Food photographer and stylist Bea Lubas prepared a hearty version with minced meat for us.
